At Unique Community Services, we offer customised support services for individuals experiencing physical impairments. Our services include daily tasks & shared living, life skills development, assistance with personal activities and others based on the funding that you have as a participant. We have passionate staff who take person-centred approaches to assist with the various tasks in homes and shared spaces. Additionally, we help participants reach their goals by achieving their life goals.
